1988 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Additional Info:

I bought this car with my father in 1988 from Continental Motors in fairfield CT. I was 22 years old and I have the original invoice and all service records for this car. The car was moved to California where it spent most of its years (1994-2015 (Rain and rust free) never left outside, barely saw rain and was garaged its entire life. The paint and interior are flawless. The car has one scratch(minor under the hardtop from removing the hard top, and one very faint nick and tiny mark in the front chrome. Mainly flawless!! It is truly a rare low mileage car that has been taken car of all its life. NEW: replace subframe mounts, AC compressor, filters, motor mounts, hoses, thermostat, heater valve. Car is road ready and a fantastic crusier. Clean car fax, no accidents however, my mom backed the driver door into her garage and dented the driver door which was repainted (have all receipts, no damage to car frame mount or hinges! Top is original from factory, perfect condition. Hard top is perfect and lining is supple and soft. Radio is not original, however ebay has the Beckers avail if you want a lousy radio. I do not need to sell this car as its a family gem, but 560sl's in this condition are rare and going up fast in value as so many have rotted, crashed or worn out. The car has only had two titles, my mom and me -current. PLEASE NOTE: the Auto check report that Ebay runs, shows the emission report and lien report. I had a loan that was paid off and the title has cleared release as you can see in the pic. The emission is not valid in CT as over 25 years you dont have to pass emissions in this state(although it will pass) just dont have any reports because not required. Ask questions and or inquire for more pictures.
