1991 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL

Purchased for my wife over twenty years ago. She has driven it maybe five times so it's time to start downsizing vehicles. Has always been garage kept and maintained with OEM parts. Most recent repairs include the following. Complete transmission overhaul, complete suspension and brake replacement, rebuild of main roof lift cylinders, pullies and water pump replacement, adjuster and serpentine belt replacement, drive shaft bushings, shifter bushings and new Michelin Tires. Has cold A/C and excellent heater. No leaks after sitting for weeks. For some reason there is a 500 SL badge on the rear of the car. It was purchased as is. The VIN on the trunk lid matches so not a replacement. Just put in a new battery, tune up and oil change. I realized that the odometer is not working as of 05/30/2025. Mileage can't be more than a few hundred miles off, its rarely driven more than 50 miles a month. Decided not to spend more money on it to fix that issue just sell it at a lower price as is. The interior is in great condition. There are some plastic pieces that I find and replace with OEM when they are available, but not all have been replaced. The soft top is in good condition with minor wear on the passenger side edge visible. Liner in the hard top has been redone. The stand and cover for the hard top are included. It has been a great car and fun to drive on short trips. No oil use and always changed at 3k miles or 1 year. The body is in great condition, no rust. Small scratch on the hood. Lower panel I had repainted because there was a scratch and I didn't want it partially painted. Pretty sure I am leaving off things that I have replaced.
