This 290GD, 1995 production year survived in a remarkable condition, being solid and low milage with only small signs of usage, apart from the normal maintenance and checks we perform in house,we tastefully upgraded with adding a turbo to the original 2.9 L motor boosting approximately 140HP using a calibrated pump, also upgraded the cooling system, added the rear bench and covered it in the same cloth material, installled a new A/C system and off course featuring the 5-speed overdrive transmission, so the increase of power combined with the 5-speed and bigger tires makes it a totally different vehicle to drive !

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Seller provides a Motor Vehicle Sale Contract, that must be signed by Buyer, and returned to Seller within 24 hours.At the time of execution of this Contract, Buyer shall pay a non-refundable deposit of USD 2,000within 24 hours. The remaining balance of the purchase price for the Vehicle must be paid in verifiable funds prior to delivery of the Bill of Sale/ Vehicle and title. The remaining balance shall be due and payable to Seller within72 hours via bank wire.

Buyer’s failure to pay Seller the balance of the purchase price timely as required herein shall constitute incurable breach of this Contract, and Seller shall have the right to terminate the sale, Buyer shall have forfeited its non-refundable deposit to Seller, and Seller shall have the right to sell the Vehicle to another third-party purchaser without notice to Buyer.

At time of sending deposit, Buyer MUST send a copy of their State issued valid Driver License. All information we request may be used to verify your identity in accordance with the U.S. Patriot Act.

Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

Buyer has to represent that Buyer is 18 years of age or older.

All Costs of shipping shall be paid by Buyer, in advance, prior to the Vehicle being shipped, and Buyer assumes all liability for damages during shipping to Buyer’s desired location. Buyer can also choose to arrange transportation himself.

If requested, the vehicle may be transported to a desired location at Buyer’s expense, but only after payment of the vehicle and transportation costs have been paid in full. A Utah title will be delivered to Buyer’s address. Buyer acknowledges having revied the Seller’s discloures.

Buyer verifies and states that Buyer currently has automobile coverage insurance required by Buyer’s state of residence, and a driving permit. Buyer agrees tobe financially responsible for the carat the time of purchase. Buyer shall be responsible for all sales tax, and damages incurred during transportation of the vehicle to Buyer’s specified location, and Seller’s property coverage insurance terminates upon delivery to Buyer or the Seller transport, whichever occurs first. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs of transportation insurance.

It is Buyer’s responsibility to insure, license, obtain tags, plates or registration upon sale of the Vehicle in Buyer’s State.In case Buyer is from California,Californian Buyer states he is also aware of the titling process and ARB in California, and takes full responsibility for all titling matters associated therewith.

If Buyer fails to pay the “BALANCE DUE”by the date indicated on this Contract, Seller may set off against it’s damages any cash deposit or down payment received from the Buyer for re-sale of the vehicle. No rights can be derived from the description.

Seller shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by the manufacturer, accidents, sureties, fires, or other causes beyond the control of the Seller. Seller shall not be responsible for specific smog control compliance with any particular state. Seller disclaims all warranties, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,with respect to the sale of any motor vehicle under this Contract. Seller disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer accepts receipt of Seller’s Bill of Sale, and understands that the vehicle is beingsold AS-IS AND WHERE AS, WITH NO GUARANTEES.
