I have a cool ratty 1965 Mercedes 220se coupe that is being sold as *PARTS ONLY * it would be a great body swap candidate *NO PAPERWORK* ( bill of sale only) It had been sitting outside for the last 25+ years. The floors and cross braces are in very bad shape.
The drivetrain swap done a long time ago using a 250 inline six, C4 trans and rear from a Ford Maverick. Grant wheel, Stewart warner temp gauge, chrome floor shifter, custom red velour upholstery.
body is fairly straight, has filler and mutliple layers of paint that is flaking off showing yellow and a green metal flake. There is a bunch of good parts for someone is restoring a w111 coupe . The front glass is frosted around the edges and wood is too far to save, but the rear glass is good. NO IT DOES NOT RUN Please serious inquiries only.
