A beautiful 1972 Mercedes Benz 220-series that has almost been fully restored. I have spent $6000 to get it is where it is already. Here's a list of the work done:-New EU carburetor-New tires, white walls-New AC unit-New gaskets for the windows, trunk and hood-New Bluetooth stereo and speakers-New Muffler and pipes-Repaired interior, still has some slight defects in the dashboard and doors, but still looks amazing-Rust protection-Replaced all broken knobs with original parts sourced from the EUThings wrong with it:-Needs new manifold gaskets-Needs brake drum repaired, I have the kit to fix, just haven't done it yet.Engine runs great, but brake drum needs to be repaired before it's safe to drive, which I have the repair kit for and new manifold gaskets are needed to tamp down the engine noise, Other than that it's a very solid vehicle. I need to sell it and get it out of my garage. For another $800 in parts and labor you'll easily have a amazing car that can sell for $12,000. Back seat is actually big enough for 3 people if they scooch a bit. Has a huge trunk.
