1983 Mercedes-Benz 240D D Additional Info:

I have loved this car, it is a wonderful driver and will last another 200,000+ miles. It is a 2.4 liter OM616 diesel in line four. Automatic transmission. 71 horsepower 101lb - ft. Radiator was replaced in 2022, fuel filters in 2023 and glow plugs, battery and thermostat in 2024. Thermostat does need a Freon top up. I replaced all 4 tires in 2021. I changed the oil at express oil change in the past 5 weeks. Two out of the 4 of the door need the jams replaced so the the doors stay open - very easy fix.

Vehicle Details

100 mph speedometer, analog clock, gauges for coolant temp, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six digit domoeter reads 90k miles, the fuel level gauge doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. The 14 inch wheels showcase color matching covers. All 4 tires which were special ordered by Birmingham Benz were put on under my ownership. The brake master cylinder and brake pads were replaced in 2022 and ball joints replaced in 2023. There were two owners previous to me, one in Texas and one in California.
