Vehicle Details
This wagon has been stored for several years. A new battery, diesel injection pump, and vacuum pump were just installed. It starts, runs, drives, and shifts smoothly between gears. The vacuum lines will need to be refitted as well as a new drive belt for the power steering pump and a/c compressor for the ignition engine shut-off, brake booster, vacuum operated locks, and other vacuum-dependent systems of the car to work correctly. Both passenger side windows work smoothly. The driver’s side window switch and motor work, but will require a new regulator, which the driver’s side rear window likely also needs, together with a motor. The body has some corrosion, most notably the floor pan under the drivers’ seat, which has completely rusted. Although this wagon runs and drives, it has been sitting for many years, is a project car, and will need to be trailered to its new home. I’m happy to help facilitate discounted, professional delivery of the wagon to you anywhere in the country following the sale through an experienced transport broker that I’ve used multiple times in the past.

Terms of Sale
This is a historic vehicle that shows signs of use and age, both mechanically and cosmetically. This wagon is a project vehicle that is not flawless, and the purchaser should fully understand and accept this before placing a bid or otherwise agreeing to purchase it. A vintage vehicle such as this will not drive or function like a new car and the buyer should not expect such. The following supersedes any oral, written or otherwise implied statements, promises, or guarantees made regarding the vehicle and its condition: This wagon is being sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind expressed, stated or otherwise implied. Not every component or area of this vehicle has been inspected or tested. There may be mechanical and/or cosmetic details not specifically known or captured within this listing description, including any responses to inquiries about this vehicle. Please expect some mechanical and cosmetic components of this wagon to require repair or replacement to suit the buyer's individual expectations. No exceptions will be made for any components, whether mechanical or cosmetic that are not up to the purchaser's standards. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to be satisfied with the condition and its value before placing a bid or otherwise agreeing to purchase it. In-person inspections are welcomed and encouraged but must be completed prior to the end of the auction or purchase. This is a No Reserve auction and will sell to the highest bidder; however, I am open to all reasonable offers prior to the close of the auction. A three hundred dollar ($300) nonrefundable deposit is due at the close of the auction through eBay and must be received no later than 24 hours after the auction's end. The remaining balance is due within three (3) days without exception via bank wire/Zelle, Venmo, certified bank check, or cash. The buyer is responsible for any additional payment fees incurred depending on method of transfer. The buyer will be sent a completed bill of sale and the title to the vehicle upon receipt of payment. If you cannot agree to all of the terms specified above, I respectfully ask that you do not bid on this vehicle.
