Up for sale is a Collector's car 1993 Mercedes 300CE. Karl Benz is said to have invented the automobile, and this is one of the best cars the company made by some of the best designers. The car up for sale was built in Germany and shipped to the U.S. I have owned it for the past 16 years. It is perhaps the best car I have ever owned. W124 chassis Benz are very collectible, only a few of these two door coupes remain in this quality. This car is garaged and has been serviced. Everything on this car works. Excellent handling on the road. Has new tires, wheel bearing, two rear axels, entire engine wiring harness replaced (OEM), brakes, suspension (OEM shocks, sway bar links, etc.), upgrade European lights, tune up, etc. It is best to buy a Mercedes in this condition, as they can be very expensive to work on. These cars were built to do over 500,000 miles. The following chassis numbered cars are very collectable: W189, W123, W124, W110. W110 chassis car in good condition sells for $80,000 and more. Gullwing Mercedes are even more collectible and sell for $200,000 or more. Serious inquiries only please. An AMG version of the 300 CE also called a Hammer, sold for over $700,000. Please see:This AMG Hammer just sold for $761,800 | Top Gear
