Rebuilt transmission, no rust

1987 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Additional Info:

For sale is my 1987 Mercedes Benz 560SEL.
The car has 153000 miles, the color is Light Ivory, interior is Palomino.
No accidents, I have clean title. I am the second owner and I do not drive this car, that's one of the reasons why I am selling it
Now the good:No rust, no accident damage.
Brand new rebuilt transmission (by Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions here in CA), 0 miles on it.Recent service was done by reputable Mercedes shop in SoCal - new water pump, thermostat, belts, spark plugs, fuel pumps, filters, pump relay, distributor cap, checked timing chain (it was determined to be in good condition).
Interior, seats, dash and wood are in very good condition.
Now the bad:
Tach doesn`t work, A/C not working, suspension needs overhaul, could use new shocks. Asking $8500 OBO, please let me know if anybody is interested, I am open to reasonable offers.The car is located in Orange County, CA
