1972 Mercedes-Benz w114 Additional Info:

A beautiful 1972 W114 coupe with the most desirable 2,800cc M110 injected engine that produces over 180hp, one of the most powerful cars in its time. I bought the car 3 years ago, but I'm only the 3rd owner since it rolled out of the dealership in Paris on 27 July 1972 (French edition with the yellow foglight inserts)

• Original and rare 2-tone paint code (735G- astral silver and 920H - deep blue). All rust problem areas (door sills, lift points, fenders) were repaired and the silver body was repainted as per code. The blue top is original and untouched, only polished.
• Engine and transmission in great condition, cylinder pressure is identical to factory specs. All vacuum hoses replaced and injector heads were cleaned with ultrasound.
• All seats were reupholstered in original MB blue leather. The coconut fiber is still original, but the rest was rebuilt as needed. All carpeting and roof liner are in good condition without tears or significant stain.
• Becker Europa radio
• Service records are available since it was released from the dealership. The current 183,000km can be traced and all records documented.

• Small rust spot (1-2cm) on the roof above the door rain channel. It will eventually need attention, but I did not fix it as I did not want respray the entire roof.
• Dashboard is cracked at the usual place.
• Will need new tires. Although they only ran about 2,000km (I have the sales receipts) but they are old.
