1984 123 Mercedes-Benz European model 4 speed manual 240D PARTS CAR Not Drivable

1984 Mercedes-Benz 240D Additional Info:

Selling as PARTS CAR! Parts Car! Please READ. There is $$$ to be made if you part this car out!
It will need to be flat bedded. Runs but the frame is too rusted to drive.

This was our family sedan we've had since 1986. The car was well taken care of and always highly maintained with nothing but Mercedes parts mostly from the dealer. Unfortunately, the Ohio winters have taken their toll and the frame is rusted, along with some of the sheet metal.
This is a treasure trove of very expensive parts, mechanically, everything works, transmission shifts beautifully, engine instantly engages, runs sounds like a clock, valves were done at around 200,000, all electrical components work as they should, the sun roof, heaters, lights, radio, etc,..etc,.. hand crank windows work flawlessly, aluminum alloys are nearly like new, chrome, glass, interior is in amazing condition, with the exception of the driver seat edge, and the rear passenger head rests. Dash has some cracking.
This is a very desirable parts car, everything works nicely, an absolute $$ fortune $$ in all Mercedes parts with the added feature of a European standard four speed transmission, small bumpers, handle crank windows, sun roof, rare cloth interior in amazing condition, Has a complete Mercedes stainless steel exhaust from manifold to tail pipe in like new condition, $$ Bilstein suspension, brakes, calipers in like new condition, $$ fairly recently attended too,.. alas the rust.
I wish I had time to part it out but that's just not possible, with so many other things in life, ... I'm also no spring chicken.
