Up for sale is our 1989 Mercedes 560 SEL
This car was originally from Arizona and has no rust.
We bought it because this model of Mercedes has a reputation as a safe and solid car. This is the third SEL that we have owned.
After our two sons learned to drive in it, I put antique tags on it in 2017 and it has been driven basically to the gas station and back since then.
The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. The car was recently repainted in the original Mercedes slate gray.
The front brakes have been rebuilt with shiny new calipers/rotors/pads/hoses. The tires are almost new Michelins.
All the electrics and windows operate as they should.
The radio has been replaced with a Pioneer CD unit that still needs to be hooked up. The original Becker radio and various spare parts go with the car. Cruise control does not work.
The AC has been converted to R-134, but could use a recharge.
Any questions, feel free to message me.
The car is sold as-is. Please, no zero feedback bidders.
