1968 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Additional Info:
This is a Barn Find 1968 Mercedes 220 D with 11,878 miles, it is all original 4 cylinder 4 speed manual transmission. it runs, drives and stops. The engine has 30 lbs of oil pressure after the car is warmed up and at idle. As well as the engine temp getting to and staying at 175 degrees and not over heating at all. The radio is a Blaupunkt with Auto reverse and is missing the auto tuning knob but the radio and speakers are in working order. This car has been kept in a barn since new, it was well matained. the owner passed away leaving the car to her son, in 1997 he applied for a new title and put antique tags on the car, then he passed away leaving the car to his wife the car has not been on the road since 2003. Leaving the tittle in his mother’s name. Making this car a 1 owner 11,878 mile car I pulled it out of the barn a year ago and will be sold with all of the original barn dirt on the car this is exactly how I received this car. I did put diesel fuel in the tank and a battery. This car will be sold in as is condition I refuse to clean it. So know what your buying. I do not have the battery hold down for this car it was not with it when I got it. Also some of the buttons on the dash are missing and or taken off I have taken many photos of this car as well as Videos and I can send them or any more spicific detailed photos of you like. If any questions feel free to ask. I do prefer cash, PayPal or a certified bank check for payment. The winning bidder will have to put a $500 non refundable deposit down within 24 hours This car will need to be paid for within 3 days of the winning bid, it will need to be picked up locally or shipped on the winning bidders expense within 7 days.
