1967 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Additional Info:
Up for sale is my barn find 1967 Mercedes 200D Heckflosse. It has a working drivetrain that does smoke (its a diesel) that is not currently in the car. Rare 4 on the floor instead of the column. Has rust, and needs restoration. I was going to put a modern drivetrain in it and make it something of a sleeper but then realized I probably shouldn't do that to a car as unusual and hard to find as this one.
So when I was 14 I first spotted this car and always wanted it. Then last year I went to the owner and bought the car after it had been sitting for 26 years. I put a battery and some fresh diesel in it and it started on the first try. The clutch wasn't working (All new clutch, as well as cylinders and braided lines and all that now) and the wiring was sketchy at best. I have a Painless Performance Wiring kit to go with the sale.
This car comes with all the parts from when I initially bought it in addition to:
All new brake padsNew braided lines running to the front brakes (Installed)New clutch/flywheelNew clutch slave cylinder and line to trans (Installed)Painless Performance Wiring kit
This car is complete but apart. What you don't see in the pictures is in my garage.
The odometer is broken at 22,989
Thank you and happy bidding!
