This auction is for a 1981 Mercedes Benz 240D Four door Seda, In Burgandy colo, with tan interior . The vehicle has been sitting for three year, it does not start up . The vehicle was in perfect working order until it wasn't drive, and after that it does not start . The paint needs to be restored on the car . It has very few dents as you can see in the photographs . The leather seat on the driver and passenger side need to be restored . the back seat is in great condition . The trim on the driver's door needs to be replaced . When the car was sitting a limb from a tree fell on the of the back glass and shattered i, The car needs a new back glass . The car was well maintained when it was driven daily . there are a lot of parts that were put in . About 3 1/2 years ago new motor mounts were installe, as well as knew control arm, a new mufle, starte, radiato, batter, and alternato, German made shocks were installed as well .
