1956 Mercedes-Benz 190-Series SL Additional Info:

You are a bidding in a 1956 190 SL that's spent its entire life in the dry Arizona desert. It has original rails, the early '56 side-panel engine, in addition, new floor pans, wheel wells, upper and lower header panels, three-quarters of the sheet metal is original. Restoration was started (see pictures of re-chromed parts). Hard top has glass. Parts missing are available and I can supply a foreign website where that features a wide variety of 190SL parts at reasonable prices.
As you know, there models have now become increasingly difficult to find at affordable prices. This vehicle will require a seasoned body-man to complete the detail of the work already accomplished.
