1972 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 280SE Additional Info:

Up for sale is our loved 1972 Mercedes 280SE 4.5. We have owned this car for a little over 2 years and have enjoyed every minute. We are currently selling it because we are trying to buy a new house and we need all funds for a down payment. That's why we are selling it at "No Reserve" so we can qualify for our house. I will start off by saying this car is not perfect by any means, but is in great drivers quality condition. The paint has a nice shine and the reflection off the hood and roof are amazing. The car runs, drives, shifts and stops as it should. It fires up right away every time. I'm never worried if it will start. It is running rich right now and if I knew more about these cars I would fix it but I am not a mechanic. It could just need a tune up but I haven't looked into it. It was equipped with factory air and power windows but only a couple windows work at this time with the drivers one stuck down which doesn't bother me as it is hot here in Arizona. As for the AC, is has all the equipment but it is unhooked. No visible rust on the body of the car just under the battery on the battery box. This car would make anyone proud to have in there garage as it has made me. Since the photos have been taken, we have replaced the rear window trim piece. Good Luck and Happy Bidding.
