1977 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Additional Info:

Up for sale is a very strong running 1977 240 D, this is my daily driver just bought a New vehicle and don't have the room for this one in my Small driveway, MUST sell! some rust and old repairs that were made by the previous owne, some very minor dents, see pictures. Valve ajustment done by classic MB shop about 7,000 miles ago new belts fresh fluids. Second set of almost new 16in Black Mesh wheels with crome lip included for a extra $700, many parts included with the car like a rebuilt fuel pump at least $500 in value .New 2/1.5 in free flow exhaust from the manifold back, tires are almost new, they have only about 6,000 miles on them brakes are at about 50%, front seats re stuffed, back seats are like new headliner is in grate shape,added wood trim, again this car was my daily driver, you can get in and drive away!
The body has rust spots and a few holes but the paint still shines very well, AC compressor was removed to give the car more power, along with the valve adjustment that was just done and the free flow exhaust the car can keep up with modern traffic very nicely, it will drive down the highway at 75 Mph all day! Heater works nicely, gas gauge does not work, you get around 325 Miles per tank maybe more, I never tried. Only one dash light works,Buyer responsible for shipping. Car is as is, Titles are not issued in Connecticut for cars 20 years or older so I will include the proper form from the Connecticut DMV that, makes it possible to register the car in any state, or you can download yourself on the CT DMV website, car must be picked up with in 2 weeks after winning, Car is for sale locally I reserve the right to sell the car at any time locally, NO RESERVE!!!!!
