THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this 1986 Benz is in very good 99.99% clean, dry rust-free condition with a still very nice overall shine to what appears to be the ALL ORIGINAL paint finish.There are a few minor cosmetic imperfections one would expect from a 30+ year-old low-mileage car that include rock chips, light scratches, and other light blemishes.

THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos here, the interior of this non-smoker Benz is in very good to excellent condition overall with nearly all systems in excellent working order with COLD a/c and original Blaupunkt stereo. Minor imperfections inside this classic sedan include some expected wear on the leather specifically the left side of the driver's seat, a couple of heat cracks atop the vinyl dash, some splitting on a few areas of the wood trim along with some general light wear and tear from thirty years of use.

THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This 1986 Benz starts easily with a strong running original engine, good shifting transmission, solid and straight braking, smooth responsive steering, quiet exhaust and that heavy German highway ride. There is some creaking of the interior plastic panels and a bit of "thunking" from the rear suspension that I am told is typical of this model
