1972 Mercedes 350SL VIN 10704412004171 with 67,350 miles (yes) Green with incredible (rare) two tone camel and brown interior.
All original- every part present including working radio. (mechanical parts replaced) The car spent its entire life is West Palm Beach Fl. I purchased it from the second owner who purchased it in 1976.
Garage keep it’s enter life. Everything works, in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition- no body, chrome or frame rust, except for small rust area in floor panel and trunk well which have been fixed/replaced
Zero fluid or oil leaks. One valve is sticking slightly causing minor ticking when motor is cool.
New rear exhaust, belts, distributor, starter, tires and breaks, struts, motor mounts and fuel injectors – passes VA state inspection. Heater works good, AC blows semi- cold air. Many other mechanical parts have obviously been replaced in the recent past I just don’t know exactly when.
Interior in great condition. No tears or cracks in the seats or, door panels. A few minor cracks in the dash. The carpet is warn and faded.
Softop machines work great, top itself needs replaced, the plastic windows are fogged and cracked. The hard top and its headliner are in excellent condition – no leaks.
All rubber/seals in good condition
Paint in average condition some fading and cracking of clear coat.
It will not take much too completely restore it to like new condition
