1977 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Base Sedan 4-Door Additional Info:
This is an all original 1977 300d Mercedes Benz with a 5 cylinder diesel (non turbo). The interior of this car is immaculate, with only a little bit of fraying on some corners of the carpet. The exterior and paint of this car is great. This is one of the cleanest 300d's I've ever seen. This car has been my daily driver ever since I got it, and it is very reliable. The owner before me was a BMW technician and did a lot of work on the suspension. Since I got it, I've replaced the starter, headlight lenses, and fuel sending unit. Also, the car has the original first aid kit (untouched) and tools with tool bag from 1977. Car only has 129,xxx miles.
The problem is, a few days ago it overheated and now won't start. The engine turns over fine, there's no water in the oil, and it has good oil pressure. I don't have the time to fix it and need another daily driver soon.
