If you have been looking for a very nice 560SL to drive, and not worry about breaking down or dealing with deferred maintenance, consider this car. It is about as original as they come albeit maintained to a level that rivals a Boeing 747. The service records borderline neurotic. The records on this car are truly amazing, this car was taken to Mercedes for the slightest road noise, bulb, ect. The big deal on this car is that the PREVENTATIVE maintenance has already been done. The timing chain and rails, the subrame mounts and motor mounts.
This car has always been garage kept away from every other car in the garage and cadidly has been in a climate controlled garage basically all of its' life. Absolutely no dash cracks, bolster wear, ect.
The paint is 100% original and mils at 4 across the board with absolutely no paint work, or any real blemishes for that matter.. This car shows and drives as a 20k mile car not a 80k mile car.
The car has both tops, with a perfect hard and soft top.
The HVAC works great, with ice cold air and hot heat. No veneer cracks or issues.
This car is a excellent color combination of Signal Red and Black.
The soft top is new Mercedes last year. The tires are new this year. The A/C has been completely gone through, ect. 10k was spent on this car in the last 12 months, with 30k been spent on the car at the dealer in the past decade. This car needs NOTHING.
