1986 Mercedes Benz 560 SL – For sale by private owner

After looking for the right 560 SL, I purchased this car from the second owner in Palm Beach Florida in July 2007. It was the color I wanted; it had no rust (and still has no rust); was in good working order with low miles. The car had always been garaged by both previous owners and service records are available from 2003. The car had 43000 miles on it when I purchased it and now has 60080 miles. Hard top included. Chrome wheels and trim.

In 2008 passenger side front fender and door panel sustained minor damage in low impact parking lot incident – photos available.

The car comes with both hard and soft top. The navy blue soft top is like new. The carpets, wood, leather are perfect. The body is free of dings scratches and rust. The car has had extensivemaintenanceand repairs done over the past 2 years, including: valve job; timing chain and rails, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pumps, fuel filter, A/C drier/expansion valve, R134A retrofit. bunch of old vacuum lines, and rubber fittings have also been replaced. Fresh oil change. New braking system (pads, rotors, calibers and master cylinder) replaced last year;. Car starts right up, Tires have 16000 miles on them. And more.
