1962 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series S Additional Info:
I bought this w111 on a whim along with it's parts car. The car is in good overall condition with all chrome and glass included. The only rust that I have found is on the bottom edge of the driver doors, but it is minimal (the car has been stored inside until this spring) The interior is usable (the only real issue is that the headliner is missing) and the car does not leak, although the car will need to be repainted. The engine is currently seized, however a complete (but rusty) parts car is included with an original motor that runs like a song. The parts car also includes many chrome pieces and all of the glass, as well as a complete drivetrain. Actual mileage is unknown.
This car would make an excellent project or driver, it's really just a matter of dropping in the motor and having the car painted. I would build it myself, but I'm neck deep in a W108 at the moment. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I have tried to include all pertinent information, but the car is obviously sold as is, where is. And as the car is also listed locally, I reserve the right to end the listing at any time.
