We recentlyacquired this beautiful cabriolet from a gentleman on the east coast, Heacquired it from a little old lady that had owned this car for 42 years.
It is a beautiful example that has just had an extensive recent mechanical refresh that cost nearly $25,000.00 completed 4/29/16I have the paperwork for the work done. the work consisted of a rebuild orreplacement of nearly every major mechanical part besides the engine since it was in such great shape...... to name a fewtimes- rebuild of the transmission, new clutch, tires, rebuilt differential, driveshaft, springs, seals, belts, spark plugs, wires, radiator re-core, hoses, motor mounts, complete rebuild of the front end suspension components including shocks, and more- the list is extensive.
The interior and convertible top were replaced at one point and show very well.The paint is in good shapeand the chrome trim is also in good original conditionI have the build card from Mercedes-Benz also.
