1972 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Additional Info:
Her name is Pearl. She is lovely and is still turning heads!
I have used her as a daily driver and she has never let me down. I have the original owners manual and paperwork and I also have some of her service records but not much, as the previous owner had very little. She was the car purchased by a doctor in California, and has been a California car as much as I know.
I have purchased new tires, they have less than 500 miles on them.
Things I know...
The horn has been disconnected, the gear shift needle is stuck in D but she shifts just fine. My mechanic said the needle may just need cleaning, as it moves to L and S but not R or P.
There are 2 small holes in the headliner, otherwise it is very clean! Her Seats are Cognac leather and in very good condition. The drivers seat is showing a few cracks.
She does have some flaws, but they are minor and to be expected.
Her radio works, the clock works, the heat works, defroster works windows work but the right passenger front needs help up at the very end.
