1994 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Additional Info:
Much as it pains me.....it's time. I have decided I need to sell my vintage 1994 Mercedes E320. We just got a new vehicle and have run out of garage space! And we don't really need to keep three vehicles on the road!! I am only the second owner of this fine vehicle. I literally got it from a little old lady,(my mother-in-law LOL!!). It has been garaged for most of it's life and spent most of that time in the south in Kentucky & Tennesee so the body and undercarriage are in great shape. All of which makes it an excellent candidate for restoration. It has 192k on the odometer but the engine was completely rebuilt a couple of thousand miles back by Mercedes guru Don Gibson of Knoxville. Since then, except for it's trip from Knoxville to NY it has only been used as a town car. It has new tires & battery and the wiring harness was recently replaced by Geneva Foreign & Sports. That's about 4k I've put into this vehicle in the last couple of years. If you know these vehicles, you know that this was the last great year for Mercedes. This vehicle is built like a Panzer tank and easily has another 200k miles to go!!
It does have a slight dent in the rear driver's side door,(some fool backed into it in a parking lot.), and the rear bumper has some cracks. Not shown in the pics...the hood emblem was just knocked off at the car wash...but those can be had for $30 on eBay. It's also about due for some brake pads....but that's all pretty minor.
I know I can't possibly recoup all I've put into it. I just want it to find a new loving home before the snow starts falling.
