This is a 1 owner car, bought in 1975 by my father. I have done some work to get it back in good running conditionThis is my childhood car that I grew up in as a kid, and have many memories with the whole family riding around town on the weekends. I remember my favorite part of the car was the "bouncing seats". As you know with the older model Mercedes they had springs in the seats.Work that I have recently done to the car:
Drive shaft carrier bearing has been replaced and drive shaft rebalanced.
Brake fluid has been changed.
Oil and oil filter recently changed.
Spark plugs and spark plug wires.
Air filter.
Shifter bushings.
Steering center link has been replaced.
AC evaporator.
New tires.
Oil pan resealed.
New fuel pump.
New battery.
These are things that I haven't been able to get to:
Clear coat is failing on some of the panels.Passenger side window regulator is bad (motor is good).AC needs to be recharged but is not leaking.May need a new throttle positioning sensor or needs to be adjusted (when car is under heavy load or more than 1/2 throttle the car skips. At wide open throttle car pulls without skipping).
Comes with all of the original paper work and original window sticker. Also have some spare parts that will come with the car.
