1976 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series Additional Info:

Barn find 450 SE. Neat old car. Beautiful interior. Exterior very nice but shows some age. Paint still shines. Car starts up immediately with a quick turn of the key. Since car has been sitting for years, will need muffler and tires. If I kept the car I would have all belts and hoses checked to assure easy driving. but that's just me. I believe I am the 3rd owner based on title. Lots of receipts, owner manuals, books. Car has alloy rims but also comes with a set of matching color keyed hubcaps. Again, car will need some attention to be safely road worthy. Great chrome, glass is great. I did notice a little popping in the steering wheel when you turn. A rust bubble behind driver's side rear wheel. (see pic) Inside trunk passenger side in wheel well looks to have held moisture (see pic) and has rusted through. Moonroof opens with ease. Drivers windows opens with ease. Passenger and rear switches probably need a little attention. New switch in glovebox. Again, car turns head and is not beat up at all but will need some TLC from someone who appreciates the old 450 SE's. Great body style....pure elegance.
