Interior in good condition for a 26-year-old car

Cons:
Engine flooded ( last started on 8/31/17) A person with knowledge of rotary engine can get it started quickly.
Odometer not working due to speedometer. ( new speedometer will fix issue. Odometer reads 147870, an estimated 500 miles have been placed on the car since odometer stopped working).
Sunroof don't work
Dome light does not work
I lack knowledge of rotary engines and I want someone who knows about rotary engines to take care of the car...It's a good car, just need some tlc from a lover of rotary engines. Asking price 2500
