Posting for an older friend who no longer can drive a manual transmission car due to disability.
This is a 2 owner, low mileage, good condition, garage kept, older gentlemen ownedBONE STOCK ORIGINALTurbo ll Rx7. A true time capsule from the 80's, Pop up headlights, and it comes with those cassette tapes too!
46k on rebuilt motor & have recent compression numbers done as well if you're interested. Within the past year a full tune up has been done including, tires, driveshaft with replaceable U joints, and shifter bushings
Issues:Heater core needs to be flushed because it is clogged, you can feel the hoses to the heater core are cool to the touch and the heater kind of sorta gets warm.Sunroof does not work2 Paint chips on bumper, and one was where the front license plate bracket was ( hence the paint chip) SEE PHOTO1 of the Flash to pass lenses is missing HOWEVER, I have smoked lenses with the necessary hardware to be installed that will come with the car. Comes with a car cover if you need one too!
The car is fast, handles like a sports car, and it looks gorgeous inside and out considering for its age!The Factory red paint shines great, the black 2 tone was sprayed over the red. The Factory HiFi and cassette player works great, its crisp and clear, I mean honestly, ever since I brought the car back to my shop to clean it up it has been nothing but a perfect runner around town and on the freeway. Solid oil pressure, cool engine temps, no oil leaks, and the way the boost builds... it is a true joy to drive, given the chance I would just buy it and keep it for myself. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across a couple states, it runs that good. You would be hard pressed to find another classic turbo 2 Fc3s rx7 as clean and in such a good condition as this one.
