Pros:

Good condition
New Battery
Regularly maintained
Pioneer stereo unit
Everything stock

Cons:

Has A/C compressor and still functional (needs to be recharged)
Salvage title (due to hit and run. No frame or engine damage)
Fuel gauge does not work (replaced fuel pump and fuel sending unit)
Oil pressure gauge going out (not accurate reading, but the oil system such as the oil metering pump still functional)
