A little more history.
I built this car for a locale customer, nd it saw little use, t mostly just sat, n carpeted and heated museum between a 67 Ferrari 275 4 cam GTB and a 58 BMW 507 as you might guess, his customer was a stickler for detail, o this car received some very nice upgrades, ncluding, ucas Tri Bar headlights, lso the knockoffs have one of a kind set of Maserati Trident emblems on them. Also I had the gauge faces all silk screened with Maserati Tridents as well. All of the cars have vintage type aircraft seat-belts (4 point,) The motor is dressed the part, ith finned black wrinkle rocker covers ( cast aluminum ) a custom made low profile oil pan, allory dual point distributor, nd as mentioned before custom made stainless headers and side pipes, his is a completely hand made car, very little bracket is hand made, ook at the detail in the photos. It very much looks and feels like a vintage race car, t fools most people that see it, ven serious car guys, took one to Monterrey historic's races years ago and parked it in the Maserati coral, it looks like it, t weighs the same 1600lbs but it has 100 extra HP and of coarse disc brakes instead of drums
And you will be very pleased by how good it sounds, urn the key to energize the fuel pump and ignition and push the starter button and Braoom, t will put a smile on any ones face.
This is a purpose built, ery high performance car, t is not for the faint of heart, ts all show and especially GO
All of the cars have been selling ( used ) in the $65K range, ut they all have had much more use than this one, o with all the custom details of this car, esides the fact it is practically still a new car, akes this a very good deal.
I only wish I could afford to buy it and keep it, s I doubt I will ever be able to afford to build one for myself, and probably the current build cost would be around $50-60K just for parts and paint and such. )
I highly recommend going to barchetta3500.com for more detail and photos

I have been asked to post a video, o people can see it in action and hear it. I have not figured out how to do that, n Ebay, ut I have just posted 2 short videos to the Facebook page for D&B Enterprises they are pretty poor quality ( sorry about that ) but it is the best I could come up with.
