1978 Lincoln Continental Diamond Jubilee Edition

1978 Lincoln Continental Additional Info:

this is an all original 1978 anniversary Diamond Jubilee edition, runs good with under 87000 original miles. this was the last year with the available 460 engine, runs strong, some minor paint bubbling starting around the base of the landau top (normal). The car has been stored in the garage most of its life so the paint is good, could use a good buff to bring it back to its original full brilliance. the chrome trim around the front drivers side tire has a few creases in it and should be replaced if you want it to look pristine. the interior is velour and has some sun rot around the top of the rear seats(visible through the rear window) and along the edges of the front buckets. all gauges seem to be working fine, I don't have an 8track to try in the radio but I would be willing to bet it probable works as well. this would be an excellent restoration project and would be a blast to drive. We have seen like items listed all over the place price wise, we will start ours low with a reasonable reserve. Good Luck!!!
