This iconic 1979 Lincoln Continental Town Car is a rare find in this impeccable condition and is offered for sale by the second owner. This year car provided the epitome of opulence for it's passengers and is loaded with comfort features and has very low original mileage. Some of the features include interior climate control, deep pile carpeting, power windows, coach lamp exterior lights, red/burgundy leather interior, wood grain dash, power vent windows and vinyl roof and it's large size feels more like you are floating down the highway! It is the last year of the very large, opulent luxury cars and was so popular that it outsold Cadillac that year capturing 58% of the market. This car was bought when a corporate CEO did his normal two year trade-in. My father purchased in it southern California and according to him, it was only on the sales lot for one day. My parents gently used it for regular vacations up the California coast and to Palm Springs. My father was a fanatic about regular oil filter and lube maintenance. This vehicle has been garaged it's entire life and is currently located in California; it has no rust issues. ** The the catalytic converter has been removed from it and therefore it must be sold to a buyer from another state. **
