Vehicle Details1983 Town Car Cartier. This is a completely rust free and original car. Original paint, original vinyl top, etc. I am the second owner and have owned it for 15 plus years. The interior is flawless except headliner is dropping in a couple of places. The car needs a fuel pump and that’s all it needs to my knowledge.
