I purchased this vehicle several years ago from original owner I have put approximately 800 miles on it this vehicle runs and drives like a Swiss watch. The carburetor was gummed up last year so I decided to remove it and send it out to the top carburetor remanufacturing company in the country. the carburetor is a numbers matched original carburetor that sat on the car from the factory. . While waiting I decided to take the intake off and freshen up the top end of the vehicle one thing led to another and I decided to freshen up the entire motor all the internal lubricated parts of this engine are brand new and all the parts are OE from Ford the motor had been taken completely apart cleaned and all brand new OE parts installed reassembled and set back into engine bay. This was done directly by me I have been building engines for yachts for 35 years. The only modification it was made to this vehicle was the original radiator was removed thrown in the garbage and an upgraded aluminum radiator and electric fan system was installed which is a major plus for anybody that knows Lincoln's knows that the cooling system from the factory was very poor and was not capable of cooling these vehicles and hot climates. Everything on this vehicle is brand new the interior is near flawless the driver's seat has one spot where the original owner dropped an ash on the seat and burned a small hole in it the interior is three-tone leather the wood steering wheel is flawless with no cracks or wear everything in the interior works I mean everything. I just saw one of these for sale through gateway classics for $79,000 and it was not even a rose luxury edition which they only made $250 of this car is stamped number eight which means that this one was the eighth one it was produced. I just drove this vehicle 400 mi last week to downtown Chicago to take my wife to dinner. I did this to make sure that the vehicle was in perfect running and driving condition this car will drive cross country with no issues tires brakes transmission drivetrain checks out 100%. Bid with confidence also bid knowing that you are bidding on a 1976 Lincoln. My blessings to you and yours pastor Timothy. I can deliver the car with a prepayment of $2 a mile for the first 200 mi and a dollar 25 thereafter thank you.
