The car's odometer states just over 11k miles, but the owner assumed the odometer has turned over once. I'm helping the owner sell the car. He has lots of stories about the car, but it's mostly humorous tales of debauchery and adventure as opposed to recorded maintenance history. In the recent past the car has gotten new spark plugs, oil and filter. There is oil in the coolant, but no coolant in the oil. The head gaskets appear to be leaking as do the valve cover gaskets, so it needs a little maintenanc, but it starts well, runs well and drives well. And it doesn't burn any oil or coolant when running, so that is great!
The electrical system has some needed maintenance. These cars are notorious for electrical problems, but with my diagnosis it seems like none of the wiring issues everyone else has reported. There are a couple of window motors and window switches that need to be replaced as well as some dash light bulbs or fuses that need replacing.
We are asking $14,000 OBO and are open to trades within reason.
