1993 Land Rover NAS Defender 110, #123/500, Alpine White with grey tweed cloth seat upholstery, 9 passenger, upgrade R380 5 speed manual transmission, 3.9 litre V8 gas engine, full time 4 wheel drive with high-low transfer case, air conditioning, full NAS external roll cage, full roof rack with ladder, 4 side facing rear seats with seat belts, original owner’s manuals, radio, and toolkit.
2 owner truck with just over 94k on the clock. Truck has never been off road and has been well maintained. All original with the exception of an upgraded R380 transmission, stainless steel oil cooler lines, and a Alpine stereo and CD changer. Condition is exceptional for it’s age. Truck runs strong, smooth, and is surprisingly quiet for a Defender. Besides the upgraded R380 transmission and a set of stainless steel oil cooler lines the rest of the vehicle is original and stock. Paint is in good condition minus a small amount of hail damage to the hood and front fender tops as well as a few small dents and scuffing. 2 minor mishaps since 1995/1996 resulted in a small collision with a tree on an icy road bending the front brush bar, which has been bent back into position, and a collision while backing into a pole resulting in minimal damage to the rear door. Truck has the usual rust issues associated with a 1993 NAS 110 but not nearly as bad as others I have seen. The rear crossmember is still solid with no holes but does have rust on the back side. The t-posts or door jams have been repaired over the years with galvanized lower parts welded in but there are two holes, one on each side, of the t-posts where they meet the rear doors. No major visible bulkhead rust and no holes in the floor boards. The doors are still solid overall minus some rust on the bottom and only one door has actual holes. Despite some rust issues this truck will be enjoyed for years without any worry.
Engine is strong with good oil pressure. Can maintain 70mph on the highway without issue. Brakes are solid. Vehicle needs a new heater core as the current one is leaking but otherwise everything mechanically works great including the AC which blows cold. Interior is in great shape with no tears in any fabric and has brand new genuine Land Rover heavy duty floor mats. Headliner has typical sagging but is tear free.
