Vehicle Details

We are selling this 1982 Land Rover 88 Series 3 Santana, rust free frame and body, it was partially restored in 2023, extensive work performed by a LR shop

Some of the work included the repaint of the body and the chassis

Drivetrain components were overhauled for inspection

The 2.25 liter gasoline 5 bearing engine’s Cylinder head was removed to replace the valve stem oil seals, the cylinders were found in good condition.

Clutch kit was replaced

The fully synchronized 4 speed transmission was overhauled, the rear mainshaft nut, primary pinion bearing, mainshaft primary pinion bearing, front Layshaft B bearing and mounting rubbers were replaced.

Ring and pinion, bearings and seals were replaced for the rear differential

Steering box rebuilt kit

Dash and rear seats were reupholstered

New door trim panels

New windshield glass

New left and right lower door panels

New Hard top sliding window kit

Front and rear floor, tunnel and bulkhead mats/covers

2 shock Absorbers

Interior:

Clayton heater “made in England”, foldable rear benches, Marshall Stanmore II Rose Gold /Black Bluetooth speaker.

Center console with cup holders, 120-Watt power inverter with 2 USB ports and one 120V AC outlets.

The center console could be removed to install the center seat “included”

Equipment:

Stainless-steel exhaust system, electronic ignition, manually locking front hubs, removable tropical roof, swing away split tailgate assembly that allows easy acces for the rear passengers, removable door tops, two-speed transfer case, 8000 pounds Warn winch, folding windshield, NOS BF Goodrich KM2 tires with less than 300 miles, 16″ steel wheels, hood mounted spare tire, rear recovery hitch, lifting/towing rings, three-point front seat belts, fender-mounted side mirrors.

Original galvanized trim all the way around in great condition.
