We purchased this Defender in person and imported it from Italy. We examined the vehicle prior to purchase to confirm all matching numbers as well as to examine the body and frame which were solid with no rust. As you can see from the photos, once the vehicle arrived in the US, we spared no expense to create a Defender that is both luxurious and sporty but still keep the look consistent with the true Defender style. To accomplish this, we did a full frame-on restoration---a process that involved taking the vehicle entirely apart to the body-on frame and either refinishing or replacing components.
Exterior improvements: Every panel inside and out has been professionally painted with the highest quality paint----primed, base coated, color coated and clear coated. We commissioned a custom marine grade solid teak wood flooring complete with waterproof rubber caulking and custom stain and finish. This flooring covers the rear portion of the truck bed as well up the inside of the rear tailgate. We installed a new front windshield and Pro Line tinted rear window glass with a new frame.Seals and gaskets have been replaced on every door and window. New 16” Sawtooth wheels and new BF Goodrich tires. New OEM suspension kit specifically designed for the Defender 110 with Old Man EMU coil springs in the front and OME nitro sport gas shocks in the rear. New Land Rover wheel spacers, new wheel bearing, new brakes, rotors, and bushings. New 50mm wheel flares and KBX Hi-Force wind top set, new front grill, new badges and nameplate, new Euro style headlamp assemblies and bezels, new parking lamp, new alloy front skid plate, and new Arb winch bar New tail pipe and new exhaust with new front and rear silencers New wiper arm and blade Engine and Mechanical Improvements:
The engine has been fully serviced and all seals and gaskets that needed to be replaced have been replaced. All engine components have been serviced and/or replaced.
