We just imported this truck for a fast resale here, if it does not sell quickl, I believe we will go the route of upgrading and improving the truck to get it up for sale in the 50-60K price range left hand drive Defenders command these days.
Truck just had a new timing belt service before it left England about 100 miles ago.
19J engine starts as it should and drives as expected, but these were not the best engines, and did not have the best track record for reliability or power. That being said --- I have been using this truck every day for a week now with no problems. Struggles to get up to freeway speeds, however.

Interior of this truck is like new. Seats are origina, and new. Floor looks great. ZERO RUST on bulkhead/ floors/ frame, and frame is not undercoated hiding rust like many trucks here are . Very solid, nothing to hide. The only rust to speak of is a small hole in the rear bumper, very small. This truck is much nicer than many NAS trucks that come to my shop for 300Tdi conversions --- This thing is very solid.
Dash is nice, everything works.
I would probably not want to drive this too far if you were going to come in and collect it in person. I do not think I would want to head out cross-country with it, unless I was prepared to go relatively slow. I do ship cars all over the USA however, and can do this for the buyer.
Truck will be sold with a clear ORegon title (just applied/paid for) so is 100% able to be registered/ titled/ driven in all 50 states, guaranteed.
This Defender being a left hand drive will sell quickly -- I am looking for $28,000 the way it sits now, or $40,000 fitted with brand new 300Tdi engine with warranty and new clutch/ radiator/ intercooler/ all hoses/ pipes.

Paint is original, and while a little flat in these photos, does respond to a buffing, and with a detail job it will shine up very nicely! Body does have some dents and dings, not perfect, but not rusty or thrashed.
Brakes feel great, tires look great (But have a wobble around 40MPH that goes away -- need to be balanced, lights all work as do wipers, horn, heater and windows.
NO PAYPAL payments for this. Most every other payment method accepted, but must add 3.5% for credit cards.
Can store for up to 30 days after end of auction if you need time to collect. CAN HELP with transportation if you would like to get this trucks to your location. I can get it anywhere in the USA for $1200 or less.
