To start out, I'm not really a jeep guy and I'm definitely not a carburetor guy.The jeep starts right up every time.Ithas an automatic choke and it does a fine job getting things going. The temp sits at about 180-190 degrees and the oil pressure sits at 50lbs.All of the gauges seem to work as they are supposed to.The jeep haspower steering and manual brakes. The only thing that I can find that does not work on the jeep are the windshield wipers. I can hear the motor for them running when I turn them on but the wipers don't move.It does not leak, smoke, knock or make any weird noises. It drives in a straight line going down the road with no vibration or pulling one way or another. The same goes with the brakes, when applied the jeep stops well and does not pull to either side. It has lots of power and the 4x4 works well with locking hubs. I feel like it runs rich but I have no clue on adjustments. I'm a fuel injected LS guy myself. The storyI got on the jeepis thatit was completely redone 7yrs ago and themotor was rebuilt at that time. I have no idea if that is true or not. I do know that it has been in storage since last spring. The body has a little surface rust bubbling under the paint in a few spots. The tub and frame are in great shape. I recommend coming to see the jeep in person or making arrangements to have someone you know and trust to look before bidding. My idea and your idea of good may be completely different. I feel like I'm describing the jeepas honestly as I can, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
The Jeep is sold as is with no returns or money back. Pick up and or shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. I will make myself available to help in any way that I can. I need a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending and paid in full within 7 days. I prefer the remainder of the balance to be wired into my account before pickup. The only other method of payment I will accept is cash at pickup. If you are uncomfortable with any of this please do not bid.
Thank you for your time and looking at my auction. Good Luck!
