These Grand Wagoneers are getting to be extremely rare in this condition. With only 101,000 original miles and in excellent shape, this "Woody" has to be one of the best values in this price range. It has had an extensive reconditioning by the famous Wagonmaster Shop to make sure it is ready to use, and in beautiful condition. This was done a few years ago and it continues to be in great shape. Check out their website, where they sell them for $40,000-$70,000. This one can be bought for much less ;)
They started with dry Texus truck that has not been subjected to the environment that makes many of these rust away. You can see from their website they do extensive reconditioing on the mechanicals and drivetrain. Also the cosmetics were given a good going over where needed. At this time, the wheels were sent out to be refinished and new correct thin line white wall tires installed. It was in superb shape when we got it, but a full service was completed along with fluids, etc.
Perfect? of course not, its a 30 year old truck, however, this is about the nicest you will find without spending literally double for a truck from Wagonmaster which is really not twice the quality or condition of this example.
