Vehicle was fully repainted 40 Years Ago with its Original Color and Type. It is starting to show some Paint Bubbling in a few spots. It is equipped with the 232 Cu.In. Straight Six Cyl. Engine with its 3 Spd. Manual Transmission, Clutch and Transfer Case function as Intended.The same is true for the Front & Rear Differentials and the Factory Warner Hubs. The Hard Top is in exellent Condition except for the Orginal Head Liner that is starting to sag from age. The Dashboard and Instrument Panel is Original as well as the Radio & Antenna, Fuel Tank Cap and Horn Button showing the AMC Logo.
!972 was the first year of the Commando that replaced the Jeepster Commando. Very few Original Commandos can be found anywhere.
