From 20 years of the cleanest 76-86 Jeep CJs only Rudy's CJs (Rudy's Classic Jeeps LLC in Findlay, Ohio) has likely the last and most desirable CJ of this year from my shop
Always rot free classic black Jeep CJ7 Laredo from Texas and Arizona. Original steel body w no patching done ever Shiny steel oem floors.
Everything works including the AC (however the AC is original and old).
Original seats beautifully not recovered...simply that nice. Original Console. Original Dash
OEM manuals (which are not the knock off reproductions) and selling invoice w tons of receipts. Clean carfax shown Actual mileage less than shown due to a speedo mishap w the fuel gauge during its ownership which is why the Jeep is so nice without needing to be restored.
5 rare original 15x7 chrome wheels w 5 all but new 33x10.50r15 BFG ATs (not Chinese cheapos)
Rare options of:1) Power Steering2) Power Brakes3) Tilt Steering Column4) OEM Side Steps5) Trac Loc Rear Differential6) All the original hard to find Laredo stuff...chrome bumpers, grill overlay, bumperettes, wheels. Leather steer wheel and grab bar. Working clock, tach, side steps and rocker trim.
All the original gauges, clock, horn etc w everything working including the old OEM rare JEEP AM/FM Auto reverse cassette radio in the original uncut dash. I have not tried out the auto reverse cassette if you're jonesing to play 1984 by Van Halen on a loop....
Runs and drives very well with a great stance. This would make a great cabin cruiser. No knocks, rattles, puddling. Has a simple tried and true Howell EFI for easier starting w best HEI ignition to finish out the under hood improvements. The oem carbs on all these and ignition wasn't awesome. This Jeep looks close to stock and makes for a better ownership experience with less trouble. The OEM stuff had something to do with AMC going out of business in 1986. The AMC V8 is a gosh-awful abomination but the 6 cylinder was kept by Mopar until 2006.
Very few replacement parts needed to make this look this good which means oem steel body. Not a patched or flawed replacement body and boxes of poor quality foreign replacement parts. The frame is still black from the factory and hasn't thought of rotting....just like all CJs from my shop. I had this painted from original rot free paint that just had fading.
Jeep has a premium small suspension lift on it which is a bolt on and requires zero permanent changes to install. If this isn't boring enough for you or it seems too big I can make it stock for free as I'd love to have this quality lift for one of my personal CJs. I'll put on 5 new tires of your choice.
Automatic OR manual transmission...read on please. This a rare factory Auto and does everything it is supposed to do BUT I realize some folks want to shift gears. I can make this a manual with a rebuilt T5 for no charge as all the auto stuff is vey sought after and I love to have it on my shelves to sell. I keep a rebuilt T5 in my inventory and can swap it in such a way that no one would ever know it didn't come that way from the factory. Zero cutting, welding, splicing ect. Includes correct pedals, column, etc etc. Just as the factory did it. It will take me 2 days of uninterrupted work (which I rarely get because I sell oem CJ parts all over the country daily) but it will not take me long.
Jeep comes as shown but all tops and doors are available for extra which are best discussed by calling. It's enough money to discuss like adults instead of messaging.

Local inspections welcomed. It is for sale on Rudy's site.
International shipping available. Wires, cash and cashiers checks accepted.
I just sold the 79 Silver anniversary CJ5 shown a couple weeks ago. You can find it on my site or if you look at sold listings
I will NOT use EBAY checkout. I've heard too many scams with it.
Thank you Veterans and First Responders
