1985 CJ7 5-speed manual, nicely aged prior restoration running a clean AMC Inline-6 (258 cu in) engine retrofitted with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) kit. California licensed Jeep without ever having an issue passing biennial state smog inspection. In great running condition with NEW BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires, a clean interior, solid underside, and nice exterior with refurbished hardtop including removable sun window. Great sound system that includes two 6” and two 6”x9” mounted Kicker speakers complimented by 10” Kicker subwoofer boosted by 1200W amplifier.

Minor Work Needed/Notes to Buyer:

Fuel Gauge - the gauge currently does not work.

Exterior Paint - clear coat on both driver/passenger side fenders is fading and peeling, only spots on exterior that need some attention.

Factory AC – fan motor still in working condition, likely just needs refrigerant recharge to blow cold air.

Tub - good condition with some rust bubbling in the interior driver/passenger areas, might need treatment and some minor restoration work in future to be perfect again, both rear fender wells are in great condition from prior restoration work.

Only reason I am selling is that I don’t get to enjoy it as much as I would like. A great timepiece of the Jeep legend that you can jump into and begin enjoying immediately with an eye toward some minor work to keep it a rare beauty capable of providing another 40 years of enjoyment. With that said, this vehicle is 40 years old and being sold as-is, where-is, without any warranty implied or expressed. As I am unable to confirm the current mileage of 154,100, vehicle is being sold mileage exempt due it age. Mileage advertised reflects current odometer reading of 154,100.
