This 1990 Jeep Cherokee XJ is a classic featuring a 6 cylinder inline engine along with gold hub cabs!

Vehicle Details

Classic car, low miles for the year: 136k. Purchased in 2014 in Portland, OR for $4500, replaced water pump, starter, steering was serviced, valve cover gaskets replace, windshield wipers, tires, minor repair to pass smog. Clean title, needs new tags, passed smog in Oregon in March 2019. Last tags were 2021 from Oregon but you won’t owe back fees if registered in any either state! Previous owner had it garaged its whole life so the only noticeable rust is on the exhaust pipe.

Had a great run, long distance drive from Oregon to Cali to move south but has barely been used since due to freeway commutes needing more fuel efficient vehicle. Last registration was Oregon 2021.

Fixes: Currently not drive able due to the following repair (simple fix but beyond my skill set)

-Leaking fuel upon start up from either the first or second O-Ring. O-Rings are originals and need to be replaced. I have the part and can include in purchase.

-Needs new battery, jumped it with my other cars battery to test power

-Interior driver side panel taken off as well as headliner.

-Drivers side window does not go down;

electrical panel issue I couldn’t fix myself. Currently cracked about 3/4”.

Engine is great, upholstery in the back is great, there’s a tow hitch as well as roof rack.

I have all upkeep paperwork, records, etc. it’s an awesome deal for classic car that you can definitely flip and sell on an auction site for classic cars IF you have time and energy.

*MUST BE TOWED/AUTO TRANSPORTED for longer distances* due to leaking fuel injector o-rings! (I have the o- ring parts for you to do repair yourself or give mechanic)
