1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 One Owner - No accidents

1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee LAREDO Additional Info:

All original, no aftermarket parts Jeep Grand Cherokee. It has the 6cyl / Auto. These have part-time four wheel drive. It started life in Illinois but was moved to Arizona 12 years ago. No visible rust on exterior. May have very minor spots at bottom of doors or underneath. Vehicle regularly serviced and fully checks out mechanically.
The transmission failed at 180,000 and was replaced at the Jeep dealer. It is maybe a little slow to put into gear when moving from park but is just fine after that. And this could be because it isn't driven that much.
A/C works. Only known issues are slight oil leak from differential. Voltage gauge is off, we had it checked and it was determined just to be the dash gauges and nothing with charging system.
Radio lights up, but reception is not the best.
Everything else, windows, door locks, all work.
There is paint fade on the rear tailgate which is very common on these models. Plastic trim pieces have normal amount of fading but are generally in good shape.
No body damage anywhere, might be a small dent here or there from a rock.
Has tinted windows all around.
No tears or wear to interior fabric. Some light fade or stains in spot on carpet but not readily noticeable.
Has the original carpet floor mats.
Tires newer, less than 5K miles.
No curb rash on wheels but the finish is faded.
