1982 Jeep CJ5. This was a 1 owner, garaged kept CJ5 born in California. You will be hard pressed to find a CJ of this caliber here on the east coast. This Jeep has over 239,000 actual miles. It's been used to explore California before GPS was a thing. The Jeep does have original paint and does shine with a good wax. I have a bunch of paperwork to back up most of the modifications and repairs done to the Jeep over it's lifetime. The interior has been done in a Black Linex Bed liner. Jeep was born a 4 cylinder 4 speed with only 3 options. A factory locker in the back rear, Power Steering and Tilt wheel. After the original engine got tired the original owner did hours of research to build a reliable Jeep that he could explore in and still drive to and from work. So it was turned over to a local Jeep shop with his list and the Jeep was built. The engine was replaced with a Jasper Remanufactured 4.2 6 cylinder and to get it to pass smog in CA a Mopar Fuel injection Kit was added. The transmission was replaced with a Novak built SM420 1 ton GM trans with a 7 to 1 1st gear and was adapted by Novak to the AMC engine and factory Dana 300 transfer case. The factory rear locker was replaced with a Detroit Tru Track and a Superior 1 piece axle kit was installed at the same time. A Lock Rite locker was added to the front rear for some extra grip in the outback. Axle ratio is 3.54. Jeep is lifted 3 inches via Rancho and has been equipped with differential skid plates and the leaf spring U bolts also received skid plates. Tires are 32x11.50R15 Falkin all terrain. Odyssey battery and Mean Green alternator were installed to keep up with the Warn 8000 pound winch and all the other accessories. There is a ton more to the Jeep and I will gladly explain it all to the new owner. I have the ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER FOR THE JEEP.Yes I can work with your shipper as long as You make all the arrangements. Jeep is located in Easton, Pa 18042.Yes. Clear title in my name that needs to be transferred before the Jeep leaves here. The Best Top is new as of a few month's ago.
